Bold character in one job log line is applied to the following lines

Description

When displaying the job logs while running the shipthis game ship command, if a bold character is displayed, then the lines which follow it in the output are also bold.

This issue also occurs with the shipthis game job status JOB_ID command.

Expected behaviour

The styling and colour codes should only be applied to the line where they are shown. Each line should be redered fully independently of the previous lines.

Actual behaviour

This does not seem to happen with colours - only the bold?

I managed to break this down to a very small demo showing where the issue is:

This seems to have been the same issue as AlCalzone/ansi-tokenize#36

If i force the upgrade to the latest version of that in package.json:

Then the issue goes away:

I tried to upgrade https://github.com/vadimdemedes/ink to the latest version - but that needs an upgrade of react too which I don't have the patience for today.

I think the override will work for us for now
