Provide another way to define Notion's integration token

At the moment, the only way we have to rpovide Notion's integration token
is through the NOTION_TOKENenvironemnt variable.

However, this is not secure and is thus not acceptable for an
organisation-wide deployment of git-notion.

It should be possible to read the token from a file.
