Add option for length only models to distinguish fishery vs survey lengths

The simple way is to add multiple fleets with (fishery) or without (survey) catches.
I could also add an option to note the fleet type.
While this is usually taken care of in models that include an index of abundance, for bio-only models, this could be useful in order to introduce survey information.
