Only one # given when adding a comment to a model run

Hello,
I noticed that when I added a wordy comment to a model run in the scenario description option of the tool, the tool adds only one # to comment the notes out. If you add more text than just one line, the remaining text ends up being read as code in the control file crashing the SS3 run.
