There is no solution to it so far except trying again in a few minutes/hours/days or using a VPN. Whenever there is a fix you will see a message in the program asking you to update Its caused by youtube, they're limiting the amount of videos people can watch in a certain timespan, and its been pretty much random for everyone. Some can download 700+ videos without a problem and some get errors after 5 videos |

Is the software working such that only after downloading all the videos from the playlist will it show all the videos in the destination folder? |

No, after each individual video is finished downloading and converting it will be copied to the destination folder |
