Download button doesn't work

As the title says, the download button does not work, no matter what link I put in the search tab, when I try to do a bulk download, I press enter and the queue remains empty, nor do the videos download, I have tried both putting the program in the D drive instead of C, as well as running as administrator, but nothing seems to work
