Fix broken internal links from docs reorganization (#1845)

Problem

PR #1845 reorganized documentation files but did not update all internal links pointing to the old paths. The PR description explicitly noted this as "What's Next: Update internal links - fix cross-references to moved files" but this work was never completed.

Fixed in PR #2229

All broken links from the docs reorganization have been fixed:
