Build break caused by missing PCRE1 #3013
Description
As the legacy PCRE1 is no longer provided by CentOS Stream 10, shadowsocks-libev could be build easily on it. The only workaround I found is to build and install the pcre-8.45 source tarball first.
I checked the source code using APIs provided by PCRE and found there are only 3 references. I wonder whether it is possible to adopt the PCRE2 instead?
