Unable to see media controls

Describe the bug

When trying to view media that another user has sent there is a low chance that the controls to pause & seek said media will even show, including the progress of the media overall.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Recieve or send a video
2. Attempt to view it and exit if the controls do not show.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

• Device: Galaxy S10
• OS: Android 11
• Version of Session: 1.11.12 (2315)

No I always been able to send media with no issues so far.

Just an update, im still experiencing this issue on 1.15.4 the only ways it seems to show is if i tab out of the video and back in or if i switch apps but even then theres a 50/50 chance that will even work.

Seeing the same here, reproduced on a Huawei Nova 5T

Might be an issue to do with a layout from a different resolution overridden layout file, or possibly the media controls giving some kind of log when not being inflated properly

Issue still happens on 1.17.1 and switching apps no longer makes the controls appear.
