Gifs often not sent with message.

Describe the bug

Received gifs cannot be downloaded. It just keeps saying it attempting downloading but fails.

To reproduce

Paste a gif into the chat add text via the image tag line.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

• Samsung S10 to another S10
• OS: Android 12
• 1.13.6 (2875)

Additional context
Not sure if it happe s everything, but a good 80% of the time the message fails. Gifs with no tag line seem to send ok.
