Can't be used as a microservice in Sesam

The container require mounting a custom volume. This is not possible inside Sesam. Maybe the service could download the config from a url instead?

Initial thoughts:
Add support for second mode (without volume)

• Get config from web endpoint (Github, VSTS++) instead of mounted volume
• Add webserver to allow triggering deployment through microservice proxy api
