How to run turbo_tests via rake?

If we can run the suite in parallel via rake, the same way parallel_tests does, then we can overload the rake task to tack things on to the end, once the parallel process has ended.

Can you please provide a code snippet of the turbo_tests usage in a rake task? (I want to understand and align with your idea.)

Do you have an idea on how to implement it?

I could figure it out, but I just put a lot of time into trying to figure out how to get code coverage working, and it's a far bigger lift than I can handle right now, so I am switching to parallel_tests. See: #24 (comment)
