The customer searched Google in an Incognito browser for basement waterproofing near christchurch. The supplied screenshot shows basementwaterproofingchristchurch.co.nz in the organic results below the local Businesses pack.

The matching Playground request uses Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand, google.co.nz, gl=nz, hl=en, and a desktop device. The API request succeeded and resolved the requested Christchurch location, but the tracked domain was absent from both organic_results and local_results on the first page.

This is one observed mismatch between the browser and API result sets. The Google URL does not include every browser, IP, session, or serving signal, so further investigation is needed to determine whether it is normal Google variation or an upstream/proxy/parsing issue.
