Adding timeout to `Go To Url` keyword

The keyword Go To Url has one argument only - url. An argument that would specify the time to wait until the page loads as in e.g. [https://marketsquare.github.io/robotframework-browser/Browser.html#Go%20To](Browser Library) would be beneficial.
