why is the result of method load_sections not taken into account in the load method in the elfio class?

If we try to load a broken elf, which for example has a broken header and the section size is too large, then memory will not be able to be allocated for this method, and in this case load_sections method returns false, but for some reason we do not take this result into account in load method, this is the expected behavior and if so, why do we are we not considering this result?
