dbIdToBackupOrRestoreJobs in BackupHandler can be big(in GB)

Can we not use OlapTable in dbIdToBackupOrRestoreJobs?
If show backup, we can store much less field
bcz backup always costs long time, can we use __mata and __info* instead, only keep symlink?
