Test plan
- Log in on the viewer-in-test
- Open the Me menu > Places.
- Verify the first tab in the floater is named FAVORITES BAR
- Verify the contents matches what is in the favorites bar to the right of the location field.
- Open the Inventory.
- Verify there is a "Favorites Bar" folder in Inventory which has a system folder icon
- Verify the contents matches what is in the favorites bar to the right of the location field.

Builds that include Inventory Favorites feature
Description
The system folder in Inventory titled "My Favorites" is now going to confuse users with the new Favorites feature implemented.
"My Favorites" contains landmarks that appear in the Favorites bar.
Similarly to the Places floater that was updated in #1300, this system folder should be renamed in "Favorites Bar" in Inventory.
