Remove Buttons from mapping options that would expect Axes (analog) input. #1396

In the UI: Me-menu --> Preferences...-option --> Game_Control-tab --> Actions-table, when you click on one of the cells you will get a combo-box where you can select a different input channel for a particular avatar action. You can select from the combo-box OR you can wiggle/press the corresponding lever/button on the device and it will get mapped.

Both Axes and Buttons are available for mapping however we should remove the Buttons from the movement actions so that only Axes can be mapped.

Similarly for Flycam motion: only Axes should be available for mapping.

Meanwhile, some of the avatar actions are not movement but are modal such as: Stop, Run, Fly, and Flycam. These actions should only allow Buttons to be mapped.
