Video bitrate

Currently the browsers seem to default to around 300 kbps bitrate when using screego. This is way too little for our 4K streaming purposes. I'd like to have an option for setting the bitrate higher.

Not sure how to fix this. I've seen this example from webrtc for bandwidth limitation https://github.com/webrtc/samples/blob/gh-pages/src/content/peerconnection/bandwidth/js/main.js but screego already does what's done for 'unlimited' bandwidth.
