Timing of calling clear block is off

In this project: 59886728, the sun is not visible in 3.0. See the screenshot: When I remove the clear block from the script stack in the picture (it was before the first custom block), it shows that the sun gets drawn. Apparently without my modifications it might be cleared too quickly or at the wrong time. Other pen stuff renders well in this project.
So this could be an issue with: The broadcast block, the order of execution, the speed
