Speech balloons do not reposition on sprite rotation #1006
Description
Expected Behavior
If the sprite's shape changes in some way, such as a change to rotation, size, or costume, the speech balloon's position should immediately update.
Actual Behavior
Changes to a sprite's shape that should trigger a speech balloon re-position don't trigger it immediately. Instead, they take effect only after dragging the sprite:
