Windows docker installation error

• I am running the latest version
• I checked to make sure that this issue has not already been filed

Expected Behavior

The project should be installed and start running after the command docker-compose up

Current Behavior

When the command docker-compose up is executed, it gives this error.

C:\Users\Chamindu\Desktop\fact-Bounty>docker-compose up

ERROR: open \.\pipe\docker_engine_linux: The system cannot find the file specified.

Failure Information

This command works on Linux, but not on Windows.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the root of the project
2. Run the command docker-compose up
3. You can see the error

Environment

• Windows 10 1903

• Docker version 19.03.5
