Add Zenodo Links

Take a look at [matplotlib's citation page](https://matplotlib.org/stable/project/citing.html). You'll notice all of their badges for various versions that are all synced to Zenodo. 

I think scipy could do the same, as it is also synced to Zenodo. https://zenodo.org/records/13352243
