This a non-exhaustive list of the QC we should aim for as global QC

Tracking

• number of streamlines
• dice score (btw mask/density map - careful with commit)

Eddy/Topup

• Frame wise displacement

ROIs

• Volumes ROI (could be specific regions)
• Volume TIV or Brain Mask

Metrics in ROIs

• Some metric within computed ROIs

Tractometry

• Some metrics in bundles
