Outdated information in compute canada section

The recommended bashrc configuration for Compute Canada is not up-to-date with our new allocation (I think it sets up account rrg as the default one to launch tasks: it should now be def for cpu tasks). 

We should also add the command to prevent ssh timeout to the doc.
