How to use the ATARI 2600 adapter

I want to dump ROM using Cart Reader V3 and ATARI 2600 adapter. But I don't know what to do with the four configuration switches on the right side. It's probably 5V and EEP is off, but what should I do about CLK0 and CLK1?

@Yuu126 I emailed Save the Hero Builders, and they said the following: 5V on. Everything else off. I was able to dump the ROM of my River Raid Cartridge with that configuration.
