Support the newly discovered alternative multilingual Libraries #7

Recently a new set of BeSTSpeech libraries were discovered, more info and links here, and some more technical info here.
I would love if the wrapper and NVDA addon supported using these, with an option to select the language. One of the supported languages turns out to be my mother tongue so that's why I'm interested in this. :)
Judging by the posts I've read, the API has changed slightly and voice, rate and pitch selection all have to be done with embedded commands. The voice in English also sounds a bit different, so I suspect there will still be people who might prefer to use the older libraries still.
