Add coding assistant file(s)

Contributions are only accepted if:

• You truly dig thru the implementation to make sure the file is correct, aka do not just submit an automated generated file expecting maintainers to validate it
• It includes sufficient info for trimming down the project by removing integrations that are not needed when a dev decides they only need a subset of what is available. See test/TESTING.md for some info on core vs non-core features.
• PR text should include precise and concise reasons on why the specific files are being submitted with documentation links to back the claims.

Coding assistant drafted or submitted PRs will be closed as SPAM: It is ok to use a coding assistant, but you should review its work manually, manually draft the PR text and manually submit it.

I'm a Masters student at IIIT Lucknow and I'm a big fan of keeping developer tools clean and manual. I promise no automated PR text here; I'll make sure the guidelines are precise and include the documentation links you requested. Mind if I take a lead on this?
