Enhancement: add arithmetic BIT operators

Hi Harold,

I would like to encourage some additional arithmetic operators to be part of ASMA. While you are working on updating ASMA to include instructions documented in the new SA22-7832-14 PoP, I started to work on a new test for the VTZ (Vector Test Zoned) instruction. So, the obvious direction was to create a macro for the instruction. While creating a very limited macro, I kept looking for additional arithmetic bit functions; AND, OR, NOT, SLL, SRL

Maybe a future ASMA release could include arithmetic bit functions as defined in High Level Assembler Language Reference Version 1 Release 6?
