AVITI sequencing: per-base sequence quality

Hi there.

Are you considering adding support for Aviti sequencing, specifically how the per-base sequence quality is calculated, because AVITI does not use Illumina-style tile metadata.

From the bases2fastq documentation it looks like the same kind of tile layout applies to an AVITI as it does to Illumina. Our reports from Aviti instruments appear to identify the tile IDs correctly and give a sensible output in the per-tile plot.

What are you seeing which looks wrong? I'm quite prepared to believe I've mis-interpreted the docs but a pointer as to how would be great, thanks!
