deploy still fails

The same python.log as #73 but now a few days later.

Further, I created a "bogus" directory under ~/app-deployments when ssh'd into the gear.

I was able to install a virtualenv, activate it, and then pip install ofcourse, and it was able to bring in 0.2.4

That seems inconsistent with openshift not being able to bring in the latest ofcourse

I didn't try to run the install from ~/app-deployments/bogus it was just a test to see that openshift could bring in the latest from pypi.
