Malware - false positive?

Nice tool, but my IT department is a bit worried by these results:

I would say that this is a false positive, unless one of the libraries or the installer I used contains some sort of questionable code. I only used the iTextPDF plugin, which is a very mainstream library, and I used the Inno Setup installer, which is also very much mainstream. I am not aware of any type of malware, adware, spyware, or other *ware within the app. You can review the source code to confirm. I have never had any of the components flagged by my antivirus, or any user complaints until this one.

If you're concerned, try building the app yourself from source, or possibly try the MSI [here] or the portable version without installer [here].
