How to format string with Tera filter inside the Rust code?

Is this possible to format some string not in the template, but in rs file?
For example I want filesizeformat and pluralize, but these strings returned as the raw String, not the Template.

It depends on what you're asking for. Rocket exposes two methods of Template: render, which returns an opaque Template object which performs formatting on the fly as it's sent to the client, and show which renders the template directly to a string.

If you're looking to render templates created on the fly, Rocket doesn't expose this. (And it isn't trivial to expose, due to some underlying restrictions in the way the templating engines are designed).
