Need power down or sleep modes #2
Description
Add a way to put the freebird in a sleep state. Due to the limits of the DC-DC converter, this probably won't be a very low power sleep state, but potentially 5mA instead of 90mA. The biggest change would be hardware to enable cutting power to the Squid, probably an optomos like what is currently used for controlling power to the bluetooth radio.
To get truly low power sleep modes would require a better DC-DC, or maybe a linear regulator for the teensy itself with very low idle current.
