Sidebar resizing doesn't work with RTL

Problem

With a book with RTL enabled, manually dragging the sidebar resizing handle seems to be completely broken. AFAICT, this has been broken since RTL was introduced.

Steps

1. Create a book with book.text-direction = "rtl"
