If you start a map with DT, pause and open settings menu with ctrl+O. You can turn off "Apply DT/NC/HT audio effects live" and slow down the game.
Insane right? xD

Instead of removing the settings page, why not do what some other settings do?

If playing, or watching replay, "Apply DT/NC/HT audio effects live" should only take affect after a restart.
