issue: patcher causes lag spikes

Since the last days, users (me included) noticed some nasty lag spikes when having the patch injected.
Maybe its bc of the pp counter, but i cant tell yet.
I will make some tests and will comment under this Issue when i have some results

I tryed build without pp counter and use old version(91b331a this commit) but osu lags anyway. I think it's bad osu update? Lags appeared after the version - https://osu.ppy.sh/home/changelog/stable40/20240411.1

Pretty old issue, but this is most likely due to osu!auth.dll dropping a log file that's encoded in a weird format and overloads the disk usage
