Where is my Polaris tune?

I get a message (separate small issue #215)

Somehow it's thinking there's another tune with the exact same CRC16... Maybe our CRC mechanism isn't perfect (and 16 bits size is not enough to distinguish between bazillion tunes)... Need to investigate further...
