Support LND Hybrid Mode from UI #19
Description
Currently activation of hybrid mode (ie node using both clearnet/HTTPS and TOR) needs custom configurations to sample-* files.
Those files are overwritten by Citadel updates.
Please create UI setting to enable/ disable TOR and Clearnet and preserve setting also with updates.
