[FR] Add a print to PDF button using pagedjs features

Idea

This would require to work a bit on a print CSS but there is a cool project existing to add pagedjs feature in any website.

This would allow to have a PDF version of a book without using LaTeX - the print version would benefit any CSS customization. If this works we could build a new format (or adapt bs4_book()) to make it nice when printed (with special CSS for print media)

How

I followed a presentation of this and I think it would not be too difficult to have a first working version to play with.

@cderv : we have just finished implementing the print button in the model. The button itself is written in html. The pagination is done using the polyfill, customized CSS specifications from and a html header to call the polyfill.

All the codes are available in the package (here). The package contains a (long) MWE. Here is how to use this example:

• install the package;
• run the script;
• run , open the server in your browser, and click on ;
• the print button should appear at the top of the page;
• click on it, you should get a paged html page after a few seconds.

Tell me if I can be of any help in the development of a more general solution.
