Add a link/explanation on how to cite Rocq

Looking at the website, I don't see any explanation on how to give a reference to the tool. I would expect that to be either part of the "About Rocq" section or in a FAQ.

There is actually already a Zenodo entry to cite: https://zenodo.org/records/15149629
I expect this should be linked somewhere, preferably with the bibtex easy to copy paste (currently zenodo will let you download a .bib file which is suboptimal).
