Move `frodo idm schema object` into idm flag

Frodo has a phenomenal managed object manager, but it's oddly nested under two layers of commands. Weirdly still, these commands each only have one command available which is to hit the lower layer.

I'd prefer it if this command was flattened into the base level idm commands and accessed via a flag. Not only would it be simpler, it would give me access to the other idm commands associated with managed objects specifically.
