Android 9 - Can't run

[SA-j00u]

trying local_diffusion_v0.3_cortex-a53.apk

with "big font" grant permission button cannot be pressed at all
neither in portrait mode

nor in landscape

button located under lower onscreen keyboard...
and there is not any reaction when you press on part of it
and there is no any scroll

if i adjust font size

i can press it with visual response
but it's still do nothing
even if i go to the app settings and allow storage access
