Does ActorCore on Cloudflare Workers support all features?

Firstly, very cool project, thanks! 🫡

Does ActorCore on Cloudflare Workers support all features?

1. At first when I read the documentation I believed: "ActorCore works on Cloudflare Workers but it's missing pub/sub vs using Rivet"
2. But after reading the docs a bit I now believe: "ActorCore works on Rivet or Cloudflare Workers and has the same featureset, vanilla Cloudflare Durable Objects is missing pub/sub".

Are either of these correct?
And maybe there's a way to make the documentation clearer on first glance. I'm guessing I won't be the only person who got a bit confused.

this is correct. would it be clearer if the heading was changed to "Durable Objects (w/o ActorCore)"?
