Flashing with AVR Wireless Services Timeout

Hi,

I am trying flash firmware with AVR Wireless Services on Windows 7 32-bit VM. Unfortunately i get this error. Windows is up to date and I have tried on multiple hosts VM os (Ubuntu 22.04 and Windows 11). LED doesn't change color.

Also if i try to redo the flashing after the first failed one I get different error

Any help is greatly appreaciated!
