Reset All function ignores current capacity

Issue with resetting capacity: #11
I tested by changing the capacity on the EDK 650 trailer from 8000 to 80000, filled the trailer then used the "Reset All" & it changed the value to 8000. However, it did not change the actual fill value in the trailer but the value allowed to fill was changed.

Ah, yes. I forgot about that. I think it will reset to 8000 if you save/load or try to dump it.

This was the reason I made it impossible to reduce the capacity below the current fill level when editing. It's an easy fix removing fill for single fill type of storages, but for shared storages with multiple fill types and fill levels what is to be removed? So for simplicities sake I just did not allow reducing below current level.

But "reset" should actually reset to original capacity. Maybe remove fill proportionally when it is shared capacity.
