I have tried this : googleServices {disableVersionCheck = true}
and this: classpath 'com.google.gms:google-services:4.1.0'
and nothing has worked.
This is a project where I need both firebase_mlkit_language clashes and firebase_ml_vision, without one of them I cannot progress, this is consuming so much time, it has been a battle of versions, but until now nothing has worked.

@nurassylive, unfortunately no. In the end I had to choose just one of these packages, because I hadn't figure out how to use them together.
