Readme.md does not reflect the recent changes to using python piper tts with streaming and cuda support #31
Description
I had been checking periodically for the code to be updated as per suggestions in the recent past, but saw nothing in the readme that indicated this project was now using using python piper tts and has streaming and cuda support.
These changes were only visible only by digging through recent commits.
The current Readme.md is now misleading as it still says to install the piper binary from tar file.
The run options are missing cuda and streaming
