HTTP requests via RPort WebRTC channel are significantly slower

Forwarding HTTP requests over RPort’s WebRTC channel is noticeably slower.
The same API responds in ~50 ms when accessed locally, but through RPort it takes 300–800 ms.

yes, the WebRTC channel is based on the Datachannel(SCTP)

SCTP is quite slow, so we plan to migrate to QUIC in the next version.
