Fix header styling and contact link

[F-X64]

The current header does not use the same styling we saw in our redesign proposal.

Current:

Expected:

1. Adapt the styling to reflect the original design idea.
2. Add an email link to the "Contact Us" tab in the header as it still references an non-existing sub-page.
